21 reminders built around this climate — the October frost window, the owner-occupied tax deadline, radon season, ice dams. It lands in the calendar you already use and tells you what to do the week it matters.

21 reminders. Every one has the actual instructions in the notes.
A generic maintenance list tells you to blow out your sprinklers "in fall." Average first frost here is around October 6, and it has arrived as early as September 23 — so this calendar says October 1, because a split hose bib is a wet-drywall repair, not a plumbing repair.
Same reasoning throughout. Radon testing is scheduled in January because South Dakota sits in EPA Radon Zone 1 and a closed-up winter house is when the test is meaningful. The owner-occupied property tax reminder fires on November 2 and again on March 1 because the filing window closes March 15 and missing it costs real money.
You can move any of it. It's your calendar once it's on your phone.
I'm Bryan Anfinson, a REALTOR® with Hegg REALTORS® here in Sioux Falls. I built this for my own buyers and there's no reason not to hand it to everyone else. It's free, there's no email gate, and I'm not paid by anyone whose service you might end up needing.
If it saves you a frozen pipe, that's the whole return. If you're eventually thinking about buying or selling, you know where to find me.
